This application processes your personal data to provide training and performance features. We act as the data controller for end users, and we use processors including Firebase and Strava to deliver the service.

Health Data Consent

We process special-category health data (e.g., readiness, injuries, lactate tests) exclusively with your explicit consent to deliver training insights. You can withdraw consent at any time in your profile, after which health data processing will stop.

• Data: readiness scores, injury reports, lactate tests, related metrics.
• Purpose: personalized training recommendations and progress tracking.
• Sharing: with your assigned coach and service providers under contract.
• Retention: until consent withdrawal or account deletion.
